All parcels are recorded through the UK post office systems and International Couriers.  There is a proof of postage system Registered SIgned for is organised.  All items are fully refundable as long as the Post Office has been given due time to research the missing parcel and compensations have been received by them for you in the case of lost and missing  items. Refunds include the cost of the item only. We charge what we pay for the items. Items are Genuine Chinese Materials and Items are sent from Dealers in China only. 

If a discrepancy arises we will need time to research the issue and this entails informing the post office also. They will then investigate. They will then inform us. We will then inform you. If the item has gone missing totally we will refund the cost reclaimed from the post office to you or the cost of the item minus postage until such time as the item is recovered or its costs settled by the Post office with us.

We are not a giant operation. We supply materials that we have discovered with the aim of providint a one stop resource for everything you would need to start out in the Chinese Arts. Sometimes post from China is late. Or, the CHinese Givernment decide we are NOT allowed to purchase items from certain provinces. And they warn us of prosecution if we reattempt. Our experience has shown that they keep the finances and do not return this.  We are too tiny to argue with China. :)
