A particularly nice example of a Students ink stick. This will  make ink for about a year with serious daily use. Wooden mold cast. Common throughout China and a pleasant tool for Chinese Art.  Ornate and makes a good deep blue-black ink. Hand painted and wooden mold pressed (Seams) this would be a pleasant addition to the Art table. Rated Grade 103 or thereabouts. (101 Top Grade 102 Intermediate Grade 103 Student and General Grade.)
