Chinese Porcelain Water Dropper - Duck!

A cute Blue and White Porcelain Chinese Water Dropper. Found at a market in Dorset in the bottom of a tea chest of old Teapots. Water Droppers are used to add small amounts of water to Ink Stones to stop the ink from drying on the stone itself as this must never happen. Or to start the ink making process itself with an ink stick.  If this item is listed as sold out, as many are, this is because we list, sell and continue to display "Out of stock" items because the aim of our operations is to educate the European markets in the finer elements of the Chinese Arts.
