Maries Watercolor Chinese Authentic Paint tubes large size.

Full sets of x12 Maries Watercolor large size Paints from China. These are the main colors used by serious artists. The paint itself mixes with the soot ink of Chinese making.  These paints have a coarses nature and 'bleed' in a superior fashion with Chinese Papers.

Western Paints do not mix well or travel through the fibres of Xuan paper or correctly mix with Chinese Soot Inks and you are advised not to use them if you're working towards authenticity in the Chinese Art and Style.

These are not the old style lead tubes.
